• Do not place the appliance directly beneath a shelf, wall-mounted cupboard
or immediately next to other sensitive objects. Do not direct the mist
towards any objects. The mist from the product could damage them.
• Always empty the appliance immediately after using it. Do not place it on the
floor, but in a location off the ground. Ensure that it is not able to topple or
be knocked over. Even when the appliance is switched off, there may be
residual oil inside the appliance which could leak out.
• Only use the accessories intended for the appliance as provided by the man-
ufacturer.
• Do not cover the product, for example with a towel, and do not use it under
blankets or cushions.
• Some varnishes, synthetic substances or types of furniture polish may react
adversely with the material of the non-slip base and soften them. To avoid
unwanted traces on furniture, place a non-slip mat underneath the product
if necessary.
• Do not use abrasive or caustic cleaning agents, or hard brushes, etc., for
cleaning.
