To remove the sound processor, push the latch downwards on the end of
the programming cable, and slide it away from the sound processor.
Cleaning & Maintenance
The programming cable should be kept free from dirt and dust. Clean and
dry thoroughly after any exposure to dust, dirt, fluids, or high humidity.
Clean the contacts as needed using a dry cotton swab.
