10. Remove the motor unit by turning it clockwise and lifting it
up from the bridge.
11. Remove the bridge from the pot by squeezing the clamping
mechanism on both sides and lifting it off the pot.
NB! Do not leave the bridge on the pot between uses as the friction rubber material may stick and
deform slightly over time. This will not damage the product or the pot, but will make the rubber pads
look less delicate.
12. Carefully lift the stirring blade out of the pot holding the axle.
Be careful of dripping hot food.
When making dishes requiring that ingredients "boil in" to
very little fl uid (as with Risotto or some Porridges) you may
experience that the ingredients collect around the stirring
blades as they rotate. Since the Stirio prevents the ingredi-

ents from burning in your pot this is not a problem. Once the
ingredients start to swell, or more fl uid is added as the re-
cipe dictates, the content will start to move around and mix
freely. Optionally you can assist the stirring with a spatula.
3. Charging the motor unit
To charge the motor unit insert the charging plug into the motor
unit's charging socket and insert the charger into the outlet. The
charging socket is located under the rubber plug on the top of
the motor unit.
The LED light will light up in a red steady color. When fully
charged the LED will change to green. Charge for
about 5 hours. The Unit will stir for minimum 1 hour
(potentially more dependent on the viscosity of the
food being stirred).
4. Cleaning and storing your Stirio
MOTOR UNIT: Wipe with damp cloth. Do not submer-
ge in
water or put in the dishwasher
BRIDGE: Can be washed in the dishwasher. Recommended max
temperature is 60 C°.
AXLE AND STIRRING BLADE: Can be washed in the dishwasher.
Recommended max temperature is 60 C°. For best cleaning we
recommend you disassemble the axle from the stirring blades.
