5. Commissioning

We recommend that you fully charge the battery before using it for the
first time. A new battery reaches its maximum performance after 2 to 3
complete charging cycles.
Temperature-dependent overload protection
When used as intended, the rechargeable battery cannot be overloa-
ded. In case of excessive load or if the permissible battery temperature
is exceeded, the electronics switch off. The product cannot be used
again until the temperature has dropped back to the normal range.

6. Maintenance

Your product requires very little in terms of maintenance and care.
Keep the charger clean and store it in a dry and frost-free place; the
ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C.

7. Troubleshooting

Symptom
The rechargeable battery heats
up during use.
The rechargeable battery and
the charger heat up during
charging.
Solution
This is normal during use. Allow
the rechargeable battery to cool
down to avoid damage.
This is normal. It makes sense to
remove the rechargeable battery
from the charger after completing
charging.
