5. Commissioning

Slide a fully or partially discharged compatible rechargeable battery
into the charger holder. If the rechargeable battery does not slide in
easily, do not use force. Remove the rechargeable battery again and
check that the holder is clean and the contacts are not damaged.
As soon as charging begins, the red LED lights up. When the rechar-
geable battery is fully charged, the red LED goes out and the green
LED lights up.

6. Maintenance

Your product requires very little in terms of maintenance and care.
Keep the charger clean and store it in a dry and frost-free place; the
ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C.

7. Troubleshooting

Symptom
The rechargeable battery and
the charger heat up during
charging.
No charging possible.
Solution
This is normal. It makes sense to
remove the rechargeable battery
from the charger after completing
charging.
The rechargeable battery tempe-
rature is outside the permissible
charging temperature. Wait until it
has cooled down to the permissi-
ble charging temperature.
