Connecting the Aerial
We recommend the connection is made with your TV unplugged from the AC socket.

Notes
• Plug your TV into the AC socket after passing the mains lead through the mains lead hook on the rear.
• When noises are heard from the radio or other audio/video equipment, separate the equipment from this TV.
Preparing the Remote Control
Inserting batteries
Detach the battery cover on the rear of the remote control and insert two size AA (R6) batteries with the 0
and 9 marks correctly as illustrated.
When to replace the batteries
The maximum operational distance between the
remote control and the sensor on the TV should be
approximately 5 metres. When this distance
decreases, replace the batteries with new ones.

Notes
• If the unit is not used for an extended period of
time, remove the batteries to prevent possible
electrolyte leakage.
• The remote control may not operate correctly
when:
- The line of sight between the remote control and
the remote sensor is exposed to intense light,
such as direct sunlight.
- Other remote controls are used nearby.
Setting the Language
The on-screen menu can display fourteen
languages, English, French, German, Italian,
Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Czech, Rumanian,
Hungarian, Finnish, Norwegian and Danish .

seconds to display the menu. Then use the following
buttons to select the item.
