introDuction
Make yourself familiar with the product
before first use. Read the following instruction
and safety notes carefully. Use this product only
for its intended purpose. Keep this instruction
for future reference and include this instruction
if you pass on the product to third parties.
intenDeD use
The metal fountain is intended for indoor and
outdoor use. Any other use as well as modifi-
cations of the product have to be considered
as improper use and could cause injuries or
product damages. The manufacturer will not be
held responsible for any damages resulting from
such improper use. Not for commercial use.
sAfety notes
· Before using for the first time, check whether
the mains voltage corresponds with the volta-
ge marked on the power plug.
· Never use excessive force to pull the plug out
of the power socket!
· Never touch the plug with wet hands as this
can result in electric shocks or product dama-
ges.
· NEVER pull on the cable to remove the plug but
ALWAYS on the plug itself!
· Do not lead the cable over any sharp edges
and pointed corners! It could get damaged!
This could result in fire and electric shocks!
· Do not use the fountain if the power cable or
plug are damaged!
· This unit is only suitable for decorative purpo-
ses! It is not a toy! Children should not be left
unsupervised to play near the fountain when it
is switched on.
· Plastic bags can be dangerous. To avoid dan-
ger of suffocation, keep packing materials
away from babies and children!
Directions for use
Place the fountain on a flat, non-slip and firm
surface. When using it indoors, we recommend
placing a wipeable place mat or something si-
milar under the fountain to protect your furniture
from any scratches and splashes of water.
Assembly
Before beginning the assembly of the fountain
please check if the set is complete. The set con-
sists of the following listed parts:
· 1 large spring bowl (1)
· 1 decorative water pump (2)
· 1 cat (3)
· 1 pump with power cord and plug (4)
· 1 bowls (5)
· 1 tripod grid (6)
· 1 flowers (7)
· 1 plastic adaptor at the pump (8)
· 1 transparent hose (9)
· 2 wing nuts (10)
1. First fit the transparent hose (9) on the ad-
aptor (8). Put it with the other end into the
designated hole at the pump (4) (fig. A).
2. Now put the pump (with the adapted hose)
into the spring bowl (1). The upper end of the
hose has to be situated directly under the
little opening B of the spring bowl (fig. B).
3. Put the decorative water pump (2) on the
spring bowl (1) and fix it with the wing nut
(10) (fig. C).
4. Insert the cat (3) into the little hole A and fix
it with the wing nut (10) (fig. D).
5. Put the upper end of the hose (9) on the lit-
tle tube in hole B. Then press the pump with
the suction cups at the bottom of the spring
bowl. Pay attention that the spring bowl is
free of dust and debris before you fix the
pump in it. Take care that the mains cable
and plug are outside the spring bowl befo-
re filling with water! Do not remove the the
pump from its position. (fig. E).
6. Place bowls (5) and the flowers (7) into the
spring bowl. Afterwards place the tripod grid
(6) with the grid upwards into the big round
opening of the bowl (fig. F).
