Setting up the product

Ensure that the plug you connect
the product to is easy to access
and the mains cable is not jutting
out into the working area. The
product may tip over due to ac-
cidentally pulling on the mains
cable.
Set up the product on a level,
dry and non-slip work surface.
The work surface should be easy
to clean, as splashes cannot
always be avoided.
To avoid the product falling
down, do not set up the product
on the edge of your work surface.
Position the product so that the
feet are steady and the prod-

uct cannot slip or tip during op-
eration due to the vibrations.

Assembling the product

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the rotary switch
set to the 0 position

remove or attach the blender jug
Place the blender jug
with the opening facing downwards.
Hold the blender jug tightly
by the handle and insert the knife attach-

ment as shown in Figure B with your other

hand. Tighten the knife attachment

Place the lid
and lock it by turning it clockwise until it audi-
bly clicks into place (see Fig. C). Be sure the
pouring lip on the blender jug
tightly. The motor can only start if the lid
on properly.
