Maintenance, Storage & Transportation
● Cleaning:
Wipe with a soft cloth. DO NOT wipe the device with a wet towel in case that water seeps into
the device. DO NOT wipe with thinner, gasoline or other volatile liquids.
● After use, unplug the power plug, and until the heat dissipates to normal state, the device
can be stored in plastic bags and other containers.
● Storage:
Keep the device out of the reach of children, and away from humidity, high temperature, direct
sunlight and water splashes.
● DO NOT disassemble, repair, or replace parts without authorization which may cause
accidents and malfunctions.
● Transportation:
The device is designed with simple anti-vibration. Please avoid large-scale shaking during
transportation.
Throwing and falling are prohibited, and do not make the device exposed to rain, snow or
strong sunlight.
1. Confirm if the adapter is connected to a 220V socket accurately.
2. Check whether the 12V socket is loose.
It takes different time to heat the device under different environment.
Adjust the air pressure when it is in manual mode,
and check if the device is in the correct position.
This may ascribe to individual difference.
Put a pillow under the neck to relieve or eliminate the tingling.
