Using the rear-wheel brake
In order to start braking, you must use your foot to step on the rear-wheel brake.
WARNING: Stepping on the brake with whole body weight when travelling at higher
speeds can cause the kick scooter to stop suddenly, what may cause loss of balance
and damage to your health.
Using the handbrake
In order to start braking, you must press the handbrake located on the handlebar –
this will activate the brake disc located on the rear wheel.
WARINING: For safety reasons, the brake functions at a gradual pace, therefore,
when braking you must pay attention and take into consideration the braking distance
needed.
Front brake adjustment
The clamp clenching the brake discs can be adjusted. You can access the clamp
through the side of the wheel without the brake disc. Use hex key no. 5 to tighten the
clamp or loosen it. After adjustment, it is recommended to spin the wheel in order to
make sure that the clamp does not clench the brake disc when the kick scooter is
in motion.
WARNING: Tightening the clamp too hard may result in difficulties with movement of
the wheels.
WARNING: Leaving the clamp too loose may result in decreased braking effectiveness.
WARNING: After adjustment, make sure that the braking system works properly
before using the kick scooter.
Using the kickstand
The kick scooter comes equipped with a kickstand which can be used by pressing
it down using your foot, placing the kick scooter in a standing position. In order to hide
the kickstand, pull it up using your foot towards the deck.
WARNING: Before using the product, make sure that the kickstand is hidden. Pulled
out kickstand may hit objects when the kick scooter is in motion which may lead to
loss of balance and damage to health.
Bottle holder
Bottle holder is suitable for placing containers with cold beverages only. Hot beverages
should not be placed in the holder as there risks spillage when the kick scooter
is in motion which may lead to the user getting burned.
