10. INTERNATIONAL WARR ANT Y

Your wireless charging change tray volt'H is guaranteed for two (2) years. The
benefits granted by the warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies
that may apply under the consumer laws of your country.
The warranty does not exclude, restrict, or modify any mandatory statutory
rights. Throughout the two-year term of the warranty, Hermès undertakes to
remedy any manufacturing defects and will offer to repair or replace your charging
change tray volt'H, provided that valid notice of the claimed defect has been
received by Hermès during the two-year term of the warranty.
Any claims under the warranty must be addressed to a Hermès store in your
country. The list of our stores is available at the following address: http://stores.
hermes.com. For any additional information or if there is no Hermès store in your
country, we invite you to contact us via the contact form available in the Contact

Limits of the warranty
Any damage resulting from a repair carried out by services not officially author-
ised by Hermès will not be covered and will void the warranty. The warranty does
not cover any damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or inappropriate
handling. Nor does it apply on a more general level to evidence of improper use
or misuse.
Warranty provisions specific to France
Please note that for purchases made on French territory, your Hermès charging
change tray volt'H benefits from the legal warranties laid down in sections
L. 217-4 to L. 217-16 of the French Consumer Code and in sections 1641 to 1648
of the Civil Code, to the exclusion of all other warranties. Any request relating
to these French legal warranties may be addressed to Hermès, at the above-
