Problem
The food does not get
dehydrated
The device does not
heat up
The device continues
to make noise after it
is turned off
The internal light does

Possible cause
1. Food cut too thick
2. Too much food in machine
3. Temperature set too low
4. Dried too short
5. Heating element not working
1. Give device more time to
warm up
2. Heating element failure
The device is still cooling down
after use
Normal operation of the device
Lighting is defective
Solution
1. In the future, cut the food into
thinner slices and first dab it
with a dry cloth. Then dry the
food for longer and/or at a
higher temperature
2. Remove some of the food
from the machine.
3. Increase the temperature.
4. Leave the food in the dryer
longer
5. Contact the supplier if you
have gone through steps
1 to 4 without result
1. Wait 15 minutes or more for
the appliance to heat up and
use less food while drying
2. Does the device not heat up
in step 1? Please contact the
supplier
The fan will continue to run
for some time after the drying
process has been completed to
allow the heating element to
cool down
The device is programmed to
turn off the lighting after 1
minute
