Before first use
Mounting the smartLAB
®
The smartLAB
combo is mounted onto the non-drive chainstay, opposite to the chain.
1. First the cadence sensor is mounted on the chainstay. Using two cable ties,
loosly hang the cadence sensor from the underside of the chainstay. Please make
sure that the battery lid is easily accessible.
2. With the bare side place the cadence magnet onto the
crank arm and loosly attach it to the crank by using
a cable tie.
3. Align magnet and sensor on a level with the sensor, so
that the magnet passes the sensor through the middle.
4. Pull the cable ties of magnet and sensor tight.
Cut of the loose ends if neccessary.
