2.- Do not place anything on top of the thermoelectric wine
cooler; doing so could damage slicer or subject personnel to
possible injury.
3.- When setting up the unit for operation, make sure power to
the unit is off. Failure to do so could result in personal injury.
4.- Unit is not weatherproof. For safe and proper operation locate
the unit indoors where the ambient air temperature is a
minimum of 70ºF (21ºC) and a maximum of 85ºF (29ºC).
5.- Do not locate the thermoelectric wine cooler in an area subject
to excessive temperature or grease from grills, fryers, etc.
Excessive temperature could cause damage to the unit.
6.- Do not place thermoelectric wine coolerin an area that restrict
air flow around the front or rear of the unit.
7.- Some exterior surfaces on the unit will get hot. Use caution
when touching these areas to avoid injury.
8.- Allow the empty wine cooler to operate for approx. one hour.
This will allow the wine cooler to reach the desired temperature.
This cooler is designed to store wine bottles, however, if placing food inside, ensure that there is
sufficient airflow between items.
Do not place hot food or drink into the wine cooler before it cools down to room temperature.

UNPACKING

1.- Open the large box. Remove all packing materials and protective covering from the unit and
parts.
2.- Remove all accessories and book instructions.
3.- Place the device on a hard surface, flat and level.
4.- Please make sure that you clean all parts that come into contact with food with soapy water,
and then dry.
