INSTRUCTIONS
1. Setting the resistance
Using the control knob, you can set the resistance level from 1 to 8, with 1 the lowest and 8 the highest. Turn the control knob toward the "+"
sign to increase the resistance. Turn the control knob toward the "–" sign to decrease the resistance.
2. Adjusting the seat
Correct seat position is crucial to a comfortable workout. If your legs are too extended or your feet can't reach the pedals, the seat needs to be
lowered. On the other hand, if your legs bend too much, the seat needs to be raised.
Release the lock under the seat and adjust the seat height as needed. Then secure the lock again. Before working out, make sure the seat
doesn't move and is fi rmly secured.
