Press the on/off button, and the display lights up. The display shows
"0:00". The display automatically goes off 4 minutes after you stop
pedalling. The display will go back on again as soon as you start to
pedal or press the on/off button.
SCAN: after 5 seconds, the displayed values automatically change
TMR: workout time
SPD: speed
DIS: distance travelled
CAL: calories burned
ODO: total distance
RPM: rate / RPM

Inserting the batteries

To use the display, you must install two 1.5 V AA batteries. Remove
the battery compartment cover and insert 2 new batteries of the
same type. Make sure the polarity matches the markings in the
compartment. Put the battery compartment cover back on. If you
will not be using the machine for an extended time, remove the
batteries.
Note:
Always use new batteries of the same type. Never combine old and
new batteries or different kinds of batteries. Remove the batteries
if you will not be using the machine for an extended time. Never
expose the batteries to fi re, short circuit them or damage them in
any way. After they wear out, dispose of them in an eco-friendly
manner. Never throw batteries into ordinary household waste.
