14. Ramadan Function
When Ramadan Function is turned on; the
clock will wake you to sahur (the meal eaten
before starting fasting) by playing the drums
exactly one hour before the Beginning Time
of Fasting on Sahur time. Hymn will be reci-
ted two minutes before iftar (the breaking of
the Ramadan fast) time. Cannons will be fi red
after the hymn, exactly on iftar time; and after-
wards iftar prayer will be said by reciting the
evening azan.
