– if there is a fault,
– before removing or attaching the cutter head,
– before you clean the appliance and
– during thunderstorms.
To avoid any hazard, do not make modifications to the appliance. Repairs must be carried out
by your authorised service centre.
Use only the original mains plug adapters.
Never attempt to remove dust or foreign bodies from inside the appliance using a pointed
object (e.g. with a tail comb).
DANGER from batteries
Protect the battery against mechanical damage. Fire risk!
Do not expose the appliance to direct sunshine or heat. The ambient temperature should not
be lower than -10 °C or higher than +40 °C.
The charge contacts on the appliance must not be connected by metallic objects.
Charge the appliance's built-in battery exclusively using the original accessory parts.
The appliance must only be operated with original power supply units. If the appliance is
marked with C20, every power supply unit of model C20 can be operated.
If the electrolyte solution leaks out of the battery, avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes
and skin. Rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and consult a doctor. The electrolyte
solution can cause irritation.
