PRIMING PRINCIPLE WITH STITCHING
1. Close the discharge valve.
2. Inject water through the nozzle to expel air from the pump and the suction pipe.
3. Disconnect the pipe from the pipe connection.
4. Start the pump (always with the discharge valve closed).
5. Slightly open the discharge valve until the pump is fully primed.

PRINCIPLE OF PRIMING WITHOUT CONNECTION
1. Close the suction valve.
2. Fill the pump with water.
3. Start the pump with both valves closed (suction and discharge).
4. After starting, open the suction valve and then slowly open the discharge valve.
5 If this is not enough, repeat the operation, taking care to close the suction valve. Before
stopping the pump, in order to maintain the water column in the suction pipe.
CONNECTION OF THE PNEUMATIC CONTROL PIPE
• This pipe is connected to the back of the front panel, on the pneumatic pushbutton.
• Leave a length of coiled pipe in the connection box. This is to have the possibility to get out
the front panel if necessary without disconnecting the pipe.
• The other end of the pipe is connected to the pneumatic switch on the side of the electrical
box.
