3.1 Setting the time

The time will be set automatically when the watch receives a GPS
signal. Only the time zone (GMT) has to be set manually.
format: z,time zone#
e.g. +1 for Germany (z,+1#)
+2 for Germany (z,+2#) summer time

3.2 Turn off the watch
There are two possible ways to do so:
1.) If there is NO SIM-card inserted:
Hold down the SOS button for 3 seconds.
2.) There is a SIM-card inserted:
For safety reasons the device can only be turned off if one of the
emergency contacts sends a command with 00 to the watch.
