RS100M - MOUSE WRIST SUPPORT
SAFETY – GENERAL
• This appliance should be used as described within the instructions for use that
accompany it.
• For indoor, domestic use only. Not intended for commercial or hospital use.
• CAUTION - Prolonged use at high temperatures may, in rare cases, present a risk of
overheating or burning of the skin.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge,
if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance
in a safe way, and understand the hazards involved.
• Keep the appliance out of reach of small children. Children should not play with the
appliance or its accessories. Children less than 3 years of age should be kept away
unless continuously supervised. Cleaning and user maintenance operations should not
be performed by children unless they are older than 8 years and under supervision.
• CAUTION - The plastic bags and packaging used to wrap this appliance may be
dangerous. To avoid the risk of suffocation, keep these bags out of reach of babies and
children. These bags are not toys.
SAFETY – OPERATION
• Always inspect the appliance before use for noticeable signs of damage. Do not use
if it has been damaged, has been cut or pierced by a sharp object or if there are clear
signs of wear. In the event of damage, or if the appliance develops a fault, contact a
qualified electrician.
• Do not place the appliance on or next to an external heat source (e.g. radiator) while
it is in use.
• To protect against fire, electric shock or personal injury, do not immerse cord or wrist
support in water or other liquids. Never use the product when it is wet.

other power sources. Please always follow the safety instructions in this manual. Keep this
instruction manual in a safe place so that it is available at all times. This product complies
with regulatory, national and European requirements. Never try to make technical
modifications to this device. We do not accept liability for accidents or damages resulting
from failure to follow these operating and safety instructions.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Working behind a computer and operating a mouse all day can be hard on your muscles
and joints. The Sensede Deep Relax RS100M wrist support is designed to help you work
comfortably and ergonomically. It keeps your wrist straight while allowing optimal
freedom of mouse operation. The wrist support can be connected to a USB power source to
provide a gentle, relaxing warmth.
COMPATIBLE POWER SOURCE
This product is designed to be powered from a laptop or desktop computer. You may
also use an external 5V (phone) power adapter* with a suitable USB-port. The advised
amperage (Amp/A) rating for optimal performance is 2A. If an external power supply with
a too low amperage (f.e. 1A) is used, the wrist support will not work as intended.

OPERATION
Connect the wrist support to a USB-port on your computer or to a suitable adapter with
USB-port by means of the included cable. The wrist support will automatically become
warm. Disconnect the USB-cable to turn off warmth.
Note: A slight 'new' smell may be noticeable initially. This will disappear over time.
CLEANING
Always read the safety instructions before cleaning the product. A lightly dampened microfibre
cloth may be used for cleaning. Disconnect the product from the USB power supply when
cleaning it. Do not immerse the product in water or use when damp.
DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection
facilities. Contact your local government for information regarding the collection systems
available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can
leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your
old appliance for disposal free of charge.
LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

A-Brand Distributors BV guarantees your appliance against material and fabrication faults for two years after your
initial purchase. Should material or fabrication faults be found, A-Brand Distributors BV will repair or replace the
device with a similar or better-specified product. Damage to the device due to any form of negligence, accident,
lack of cleaning and maintenance, or other use or abuse that can reasonably be considered to be in conflict with
the directions described in these instructions, does not fall under this warranty. Furthermore, legal provisions with
respect to consumer purchases apply. In the event of a fault, we advise you to return the product together with the
original proof of purchase to the store where you bought it. When the defect in the device is caused by anything other
than material or fabrication faults, you may be charged for examination and repair costs. Wear and tear of material
due to intensive use is excluded from this warranty.
