BM56H FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
(Tra contattori di grandezza diversa-Between contactors of different size)
BM56H 1 .Sul contattore grande montare il distanziale d'azionamento (3) con la vite M8x35 (2)
serrando fortemente la vite stessa con il perno (P) bloccandolo sul lato opposto usando
la vite M8x16 (6) con relativa rosetta grower fornita nel corredo (montare contempora-

neamente l'eventuale 4°polo senza utilizzare la vite (6). Ripetere le stesse operazioni sul
contattore piccolo montando il perno (4) con relativa rosetta elastica utilizzando sul lato
opposto la vite M6x12 (7) con rosetta grower fornita nel corredo.
Rimuovere i coperchi (F) usando un cacciavite come leva.
Fissare sul contattore piccolo i 4 distanziali (8) con dadi M5 e rosette grower (fig.1).

Fissare l'interblocco (1 ) (senza bloccarlo) nei fori A-B-C-D del contattore grande tramite

i 4 dadi M6 (10) e relative grower e sui 4 distanziali (8) del contattore piccolo tramite 4
viti M5x10 (9) con rosette piane e grower. Durante questa operazione è necessario
inserire la vite (2) e il perno (4) nelle asole delle due leve (5).
4 . Fissare i contattori sul piano verticale interponendo tra piastra di sostegno e il telaio del
contattore piccolo i 4 distanziali (11).

Con i contattori in posizione di "APERTO", regolare l'interblocco (1) spostandolo nel
senso delle frecce sino a portare le due leve (5) alla distanza minima (x≅1mm) tale
comunque da non impedire il regolare movimento dei due contattori.
Rimuovere i parafiamme. Chiudendo i contattori a mano, verificare che il blocco mecca-
nico funzioni correttamente. Bloccare quindi i 4 dadi M6 (10), le 4 viti M6 (12) le 4 viti
M5 (9) e riverificare la corretta regolazione.

Rimettere i coperchi (F) e i parafiamme.
7 . Verificare il funzionamento alimentando i contattori (prima uno poi l'altro), senza corren-
te nei poli principali, accertandosi che funzionino regolarmente.
1 .On big contactor fit the driving spacer (3) by means of the M8x45 screw (2) tightening
it with the pivot rod (P). Block the pivot rod on the opposite side by using the M8x16
screw (6) and helical washer provided with the kit (fit at the same time the 4th pole, if
necessary, without using screw (6). Repeat the same operations on small contactor
fitting the pivot (4) with helical washer by using on the opposite side M6x12 screw (7)
and helical washer provided with the kit.
2 . Remove covers (F) by using a screwdriver as a lever.
3 . On small contactor fit the 4 spacers (8) by means of M5 nuts and helical washers (fig.1)
Fix the interlock assembly (1) (without tightening) to the holes A-B-C-D of big contactor
by using the four M6 nuts (10) and helical washers. Then fix the interlock (1) on the 4
spacers (8) of small contactor by means of 4 screws M5x10 (9) with flat and helical
washers. During such operations make sure the screw (2) and pivot (4) are engaged in
the lever slots (5).
4 . Mount contactors on the vertical plane interposing the 4 spacers (11) between supporting
plate and frame of small contactor.
5 . With contactors into "OPEN" position, adjust the interlock assembly (1) by moving it in
the arrows direction until when the two levers (5) are at minimum distance (x≅1mm) so
that the correct movement of the two contactors is not disturbed. Remove the arc-
chutes. Moving the contactors system by hand, check that the mechanical interlock
works properly. Then lock the four M6 nuts (10), the four M6 screws (12), the four
M5x10 screws (9) and verify again the correct adjustment.
6 . Refit covers (F) and arc-chutes.
