FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR VERTICAL MECHANICAL INTERLOCK
ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO BLOCCO MECCANICO VERTICALE
1. Unscrew and remove screw M5X8 from hole "A" of lower contactor, both on R.H. and L.H. side.
2. Fix plate (1) on L.H. side and lever group (2) on R.H. side; fix them in "A" by suing the two screws
M5x20 flat and helical washers, in "B" by using the six self-threaded screws M5x19 flat and gelical
washers.
3. Fit the spacers (3), through the slots of the two levers, by using the screws M6x40 complete of flat and
helical washers and fix them on the two contactor shafts; when fastening lock the two pivot rods on the
opposite side by using the screws M6x12 and helical washers included in the set supplied (fit at the same
th
the 4 pole, if necessary, without using screw M6x12).
4. Once the contactors have been fixed on vertical plane into "OPEN" position adjust the interlocking
making the bushes (4) turn by using the key "C" until the two levers are at the minimum distance (x =
1mm about) so that the correct movement of the two contactors is not disturbed
Remove the arc-chute. Moving the contactors system by hand, check that the mechanical interlock works
properly.
Then lock the bushes (4) through screws (5) by keeping them through the key "C". Verify again the
correct adjustment.
5. Put back the arc-chute.
6. Check the correct working by supplying the contactors (one before and then the other one), without
current in main poles, making sure that they work properly.
1. Svitare e rimuovere la vite T.E. M5x8 dal foro "A" del contattore inferiore sia sul lato destro che sul
sinistro.
2. Fissare la piastra (1) sul lato sinistro ed il gruppo leve (2) sul lato destro; in "A" tramite le due viti T.E.
M5x20 e rosette piane e grower, in "B" tramite le sei viti autofilettanti M5x19 e rosette piane e grower.
3. Montare i distanziali (3) attraverso le asole delle due leve, tramite le viti M6x40 complete di rosette piane
e grower e fissarli sugli assi dei due contattori; durante il serraggio bloccare i due assi sul lato opposto
usando le viti M6x12 e rosette grower fornite nel corredo (montare contemporaneamente l'eventuale
4°polo senza utilizzare le viti M6x12)
4. Fissati i contattori sul piano verticale in posizione di "APERTO" regolare l'interblocco facendo ruotare
mediante la chiave "C" le boccole (4) sino a portare le due leve alla distanza minima (x = 1mm circa) tale
da non impedire il regolare movimento dei due contattori.
Rimuovere il parafiamme. Chiudendo i contattori a mano, verificare che il blocco meccanico funzioni
correttamente. Bloccare quindi tramite le viti (5) le boccole (4) trattenendo le stesse tramite la chiave
"C". Riverificare la corretta regolazione.
5. Rimettere il parafiamme.
6. Verificare il funzionamento alimentando i contattori (prima uno e poi l'altro), senza corrente nei poli
principali, accertandosi che funzionino regolarmente.
