The safety paste burner
Remove the upper part of the paste burner by gently rotating it to
the left to release it from the bottom of the burner.
Carefully remove the protective foil from the lighting gel ...
... and place it together with the small pot in the bottom of the
paste burner. Depending on the manufacturer, the lighting gel may
be coloured. This does not affect the burning properties of the gel.
Note: Only ever fill the burner with lighting gel; never use spirits or
other similar substances.
Now turn the upper part of the burner to the right to fix it back on
tightly. The paste burner can now be placed in the rechaud.
Light a match and hold it in the central opening of the paste burner.
Do not light the gel until the burner has been placed securely in the
rechaud!
