Starting a
measurement
Place the METALSCOPE[MI-LAB 2]
on the metal and follow the App
instructions.
The magnetic spectrum will detect
the characteristics of the alloy. The
measuring time takes about one
second.
Some alloys are very
inhomogeneous, so it might be
necessary to measure at 4 different
positions.
Please follow the instructions in the
App as well.
Your alloy has been recognized.
After a successful measurement,
the material number will appear on
the display.
