CONSUMER INFORMATION

In conformity with Article 13of the Legislative Decree of 25th July 2005, n°.151 "In fulfilment
of the guidelines 2002/95/CE, 2002/96/CE and 2013/108/CE, regarding the reduction of the
use of dangerous materials in electrical and electronic devices and the sorting and division
of refuse". The symbol of the crossed refuse bin displayed on the equipment indicates that
the product at the end of its useful life must be disposed of separately from the other refuse.
The consumer must, therefore, give the exhausted equipment, at the end of its useful life,
to the suitable differential waste collection centres for electric and electronic waste, or give
the article to the retailer on purchase of equivalent equipment, on a one for one basis. A
correct differential waste collection for the subsequent passing on of the used equipment
to recycling, processing and the waste disposal compatible to the environment contributes
to the avoidance of possible negative effects on the environment and health and favours
the recycling of the materials which the equipment is made. Abusive disposal of the product
by the consumer would imply the application of administrative fines according to D. Lgs
n°.22/1997 (article 50 and subsequent. n°. 22/1997).

What this warranty covers. Morellato S.p.A. ("MORELLATO"), the licensed distributor for Sec-
tor brand watches, warrants that Sector watches sold in the U.S.A. ("Watches") shall be free
from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions and exceptions stated
below. In addition, Morellato warrants that, at time of first purchase at retail, watches will
meet the water-resistant standard of ISO 2281.Who is covered by this warranty. This warranty
extends only to the first purchaser at retail in the coverage under this warranty lasts for a pe-
riod of two years from the date of original retail purchase. What Morellato will do. Morellato
will, at its sole discretion either (I) replace a defective Watch free of charge, or (II) replace
the Watch with an equivalent Watch, such equivalence to be determined at Morellato's sole
discretion. In either case, the Purchaser must comply with the Claims Procedure described
below. Claime Procedure. The Purchaser must notify Morellato of defects in the Watch in
writing by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, within thirty (30) days after
the discovery thereof, but no later than two years from date of purchase. The notice must
include the defective Watch and proof of purchase, sent to the following address: Universal
Watch Repair 177 S. Old Woodward Ave. Birmingham, MI 48009 or J&J Watch Repair 33
Walt Whitman Road Suite 133 Huntington Station, NY 11746. Morellato will not be responsible
for shipping charges for Watches shipped to Morellato for replacement or repair. However,
Morellato will be responsible for shipping charges for replacement or repaired Watches
shipped to the Purchaser. In any case, Morellato will not be responsible for any risk of loss
that will be borne by the Purchaser.
