Operation (weighing)
1. Put the scale on suitable flat surface (see I. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS).
2. Put the bowl on the scale before switching it on. Do not put things you want to weight
on the plate before you turn the appliance on!
3. Press the
button to turn on the scale (the display will show all symbols for about
2 seconds).
4. When the display shows 0, the appliance is ready for weighing.
5. Pressing the MODE button, choose a mode in which you want to operate (WEIGHT -
WATER VOLUME - MILK VOLUME). If you want to change weighing mode (g - lb:oz;
ml - fl´oz), press UNIT.
6. Place the weighed item in the bowl and wait for the value on the display to stabilize.
7. After weighing, you may turn off the scale by pressing the
turn off automatically after 120 seconds.
Operation (measuring volume)
1. Put the scale on suitable flat surface (see I. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS).
2. Press the
button to turn on the scale (the display will show all symbols for about
2 seconds).
3. When the display shows 0 g, the scale is ready for measuring.
4. Pressing the MODE button, choose a mode in which you want to operate (WEIGHT -
WATER VOLUME - MILK VOLUME). If you want to change the units mode (g - lb:oz: ml
- fl´oz), press the UNIT button.
5. Place the container for liquids in the middle of the weighing surface. Its weight will show.
Then press
, which will reset the reading (the display will show 0).
6. Pour the liquid into the prepared container and wait until the value on the display
stabilizes.
7. After weighing, you may turn off the scale by pressing the button or the scale will turn
off automatically after 120 seconds.
– You may put the container for liquids (max. weight 0.5 kg) on the scales before
turning it on. If you do so, the scale will turn on automatically when reaching 0.
– The results of measuring the volume of milk differ from measuring the volume of water
due to their density. Milk has subtly higher density than water (approx. 1, 028 x).
