BEFORE USE

Remove all packaging materials from the appliance. Clean the appliance according to the section "How to
clean" below.

Make sure the appliance is unplugged and the timer knob is set at position "Off-0".

Before initial use, it is recommended that you run the oven at 230°C for approximately 15 minutes to
eliminate the remaining packing residue and odor.
OPERATION
1. Place the appliance on a flat and heat resistant surface. Make sure that there is enough ventilation around
the appliance.
2. Insert the power plug into the socket.
3. Slide the wire rack into the slot of the appliance. Put the food on the baking tray and then put the baking
tray on the wire rack. Choose your desired rack position according to the food height and type.
Note: The baking tray cannot be placed on the bottom of the appliance to collect the dripping oils. Put the
baking tray on the wire rack for use only.
4. Close the oven door. Turn the temperature knob to choose the desired temperature.
5. Turn the timer knob to select desired cooking time. The indicator light will be on.
6. When the cooking is finished, you will hear the timer bell rings. You can also switch off the appliance
manually by turning the timer knob to "Off-0".

the baking process.
Note:
1. For the best taste, preheating is recommended.
2. Try to place the food on the backing tray evenly.
3. The weight of the food which is put on the baking tray cannot be over 3.5kg.
