ELECTRICAL HAZARD

In case of improper installation, the device can be dangerous and cause injury. Before installation, check the
power system data. Connect the device only when there is compliance. The unit should be unpacked and
checked fully before connecting by a professional.

5.2 Use

WARNING
The establishment of the installation of the device and maintenance must be performed only by professionals.

COMMISSIONING
The unit must be completely removed from its packaging. All guards must be fully
withdrawn.
Place on a solid, flat surface. Never put the stand on a flammable surface.
Do not install this device near open fires or other heating appliances.
The electric cable must be protected at least 16 Amps. The device must be plugged directly into a wall
outlet. Using a power strip will crack up the device.
Fit the protective glass in the locations provided for this purpose. Position the accessories in their intended
locations (porcelain pots, wiping buffer rake spatula ..).
Heated to the apparatus for 10 minutes until it all smoke and odor have dissipated.
Turn the switch to OFF and remove the device and use warm soapy water to clean stainless steel plate.
NEVER use cold water on the stainless steel plate as this may cause thermal shock.
USE
The griddle requires no seasoning.
Block 4 wheels with brakes.
Connect the equipment.
Once connected, press the ON / OFF button, the LED lights up red.
Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature. The temperature may be between 60 ° and
300 ° C. We recommend using this device at a maximum temperature of 250 ° C.
In 10 minutes the temperature of 250 ° C is reached. Once the desired temperature is reached, the red light
goes off. Oil the plate with the wiper pad and sunflower oil.
Pour batter in the middle of the cooking surface and use the CASSELIN pancake rake to evenly distribute
the paste on the cooking surface. To get the desired browning on the bottom side, use the spatula to flip
CASSELIN the pancake and cook the other side. Use CASSELIN pancake spatula to remove the pancake
once the cooking.
As the temperature decreases, the device starts to heat up and the red LED light up again.
At the end of the service, turn the thermostat to 0 and unplug the appliance.
NOTE
The device has a security system in case of overheating. Upon activation, disconnect the device and allow it
to cool. If this protection system will start regularly, it is imperative to contact your dealer.
After automatic shutdown, the unit may be commissioned only by pressing the reset button on the unit's back
for this, wait until the temperature drops, press the Reset button.
