SD Card Slot
Supports SD cards with up to 64 GB of storage. For best recording performance, use an SDHC
or SDXC card with speed class 10.
Control Button
For location of the control button, see Hardware Overview on page 11.
The control button is used for:
• Resetting the product to factory default settings. See page 31.
• Connecting to an AXIS Video Hosting System service or AXIS Internet Dynamic DNS
Service. For more information about these services, see the User Manual.
Multi-Connector Cable
Note
The supplied multi-connector cable is required in order to maintain the camera's NEMA/IP
rating.
The multi-connector cable is connected to the camera's multi-connector, see Hardware Overview
on page 11.
The wires are connected to the supplied media converter switch, see Media Converter Switch
on page 13.
The cable provides the following signals:
• DC power to camera
• Network (Ethernet 10/100Base-T)
• Input/Output (I/O)
