5.2 Use

The set-up of the device installation and maintenance must be carried out by professionals only.
• Do not leave the appliance running without supervising it.
• During use, your hands should be dry.
• Do not move or tilt the device during operation.

INSTALLATION
Take the sauce heater out of its packaging and place the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
If this appliance is placed near a wall, partitions, kitchen furniture, decorative finishes, etc., it is recommended
that they be made of non-combustible materials.
If this is not the case, they must be covered with a suitable and non-combustible material.
Once the Heater has been set up by consulting International Standards and Regulations.
The heater is ready to operate.
OPERATION
Plug the power cord into the power supply. Switch on the device.
Turn the thermostat clockwise to the desired setting.
If you are not using it, just turn off the thermostat and unplug the power.
NOTE
The device is fitted with a safety system in the event of overheating. If tripped, unplug the device and allow it
to cool. If this protection system operates regularly, it is imperative to contact your dealer.
After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into service by pressing the Reset button on the back
of the device, wait for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.
