06 Warranty Terms & Conditions / Others
WARRANTY TERMS
The manufacturer guarantee is 1 year from the date of purchase.
For end customers in Germany and the EU, the warranty for material and workmanship defects is 2 years from the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
The warranty period begins on the date of first sale of the product in new condition from a dealer to an end customer.
To assert warranty claims, the end customer must provide the original proof of purchase (i.e., the proof of purchase for the purchase of the
product when new by an end user) and the warranty card.

EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware components manufactured by or for Plabio that identify Plabio-initiated trademarks,
trade names or the "PLABEAU" logo.
Plabio does not guarantee that the operation of the device is uninterrupted or error-free. Plabio is not liable for damages caused
by failure to comply with the instructions for use were caused.
This warranty does not cover: (a) any damage resulting from the use of other products in combination with Plabio products were
caused; (b) damages caused by accident, abuse, natural disasters or other external causes; (c) damage caused by the operation of
the product outside the permissible or described by Plabio in the manual intended use were caused; (d) damages caused by the
service (including repair service) which was performed by someone who is not a representative of Plabio; (e) for a device or part that
has been modified without the written permission of Plabio to change its functionality or performance; (f) wearing parts, such as
batteries, provided that no damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; or (g) if a serial number has been
removed or blurred by Plabio and the warranty card is lost.
