1. Align the ball-
shaped bolt A
through the hole
in the pressure
plate. Then lock
from beneath
with the lock
knob.

attach the rails
to the car roof.
5. Correct location
of the roof rack
attachments and
the rails.
7. Install the roof
racks 600 mm
from either side
of the car and so
that they are
positioned
straight across
the car roof.
9. Direction of the
locking piece in
the locked
position.

covers must be
installed as
indicated by the
arrow in the
figure.

protective plates
on both sides of
the rails.

parallel with each
other.

be positioned
with locking
piece and lock
knob tightened.
Check that the
rails and
pressure plates
are parallel.
14. Turn the key
clockwise to lock
the roof rack
attachment.
