Press the UNIT button on the back of the scale to select the
correct measuring unit(kg/st/lb).
kg = kilograms
lb = pounds
st = stone
Place the scale on a flat and stable surface and wait for the scale
to turn itself off.

weighing

Stand directly on the scale to weigh yourself. As soon as the
result blinks and then stops blinking the measurement is done.
The scale will turn itself off after about 10 seconds.
If you wish to weigh yourself again, please wait 10 seconds
before standing on the scale.
Important: always use the scale on a flat and stable surface,
never on a rug or carpet.
The maximum weighing capacity of the scale is 180 kg. When the
maximum is exceeded the display will show ----.

battery
When Lo appears in the display, the batteries are almost empty.
Remove the lid of the battery compartment from the back of
the scale and place new batteries - 2 x AAA - 1,5 Volt. If necessary
please use a small screwdriver to remove the batteries. Check
the polarities of the battery before placing.
Batteries can contain toxins that are harmful to health and
the environment. The used, completely drained standard
and rechargeable batteries must be disposed of in specially
marked collection containers, at toxic waste collection points or
electrical product retailers. You are legally obligated to dispose
of the batteries.
Note: Batteries containing pollutants are marked with the
following symbols: Pb = Battery contains lead, Cd = Battery
contains cadmium, Hg = Battery containers mercury.

cleaning & maintenance
The scale should be cleaned occasionally. Dirt and dust has a
tendency to collect on the rubber electrodes. Use a damp cloth
to clean the scale. Do not use abrasive detergents and never
immerse the scale in water.
• Do not use aggressive solvents or cleaning agents!
• Never immerse the scale in water or any other liquids.
• Handle the scale with care, protect the scale from impact
with hard object and do not drop it.
