Fully lined swing check valve
XOMOX Rückschlagklappen sind weitgehend wartungsfrei.
Nur Medienrückstände im Bereich der Scheibenaufhängung
[1b] und im Scheibensitz [2a] bzw. Gehäusesitz [1a] können
die Funktion beeinträchtigen. Sollte dieser Fall eintreten, ist
wie folgt zu verfahren:
1. Flanschverbindung lösen und die Schrauben bis auf die
untersten beiden entfernen.
2. Rückschlagkappe mit Hilfe der Ringschraube [3] ausbauen.
3. Scheibe [2] aus dem Gehäuse [1] herausnehmen, reinigen,
spülen und den Scheibensitz [2a] auf Beschädigung prüfen.
4. Gehäuse
Gehäusesitz [1a] auf Beschädigung prüfen.
5. Scheibe [2] wieder in das Gehäuse [1] einhängen.
6. Rückschlagkappe auf Dichtheit prüfen.
7. Unter Beachtung der Einbau-Anweisung die Armatur wieder
in die Rohrleitung einbauen.
XOMOX Swing Check Valves are almost maintenance-free.
Only fluid residues in the area of the swinging disc [1b] and in
disc seat [2a] or body seat [1a] area can affect operation of
valve. In this case, proceed as follows:
1. Loosen flange connection and remove screws except the
two at the bottom.
2. Disassemble the swing check valve by means of the ring
screw [3].
3. Remove disc [2] from body [1]. Clean, wash and check the
seat [2a] for damage.
4. Clean and wash also body [1] and check the seat [1a] for
damage.
5. Hang disc [2] in the body [1].
6. Reinstall valve in the line while using the installation
instructions.
