Transfer the yogurt to a number of other containers when the yogurt is not directly consumed. Make

sure to close the containers with a lid and place the containers in a refrigerator.

If you do not switch off the appliance off right after the display shows: 00:00, the appliance switches

to automatic refrigeration function. The cooling unit and the fan switch on for 15 minutes to cool the
ice cream container contents to approx. 9 °C . Display shows COOL. After 15 minutes the cooling unit
and the fan switch off. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the ice cream container
contents. If the temperature from the contents rises above 9 °C, the cooling unit and the fan switch
on for another 4 minutes. This process repeats until the appliance is switched off.
