Extinguish
Switch off the unit by pressing the ON / OFF button on the burner or pressing the button on the
remote control. The pump will then stop adding new bioethanol and the burner will shortly after
extinguish by it selves
Always wait to leave the room until the flames are completely extinguished.
For security reasons, it is not possible to ignite the device again shortly after it has been switched
off. To ignite the fireplace again, it must first cool down to below 60
temperature sensor.

Fuel tank is empty.
The fuel tank is full.

Solution
Refill the fuel tank with bioethanol.
Stop filling and close the lid.
–
Wait for it to cool down.
Close the fuel tank lid.
Try turning the fireplace on again
or ignite the fireplace with a light-
er, when the igniter burns red.
Try to ignite again after the burner
have cooled off. After 3 attempts,
contact your dealer.
Check if the pump works and
pumps bioethanol into the
burning tray. If not, contact your
dealer.
Check to see if there is a fire
in the safety tray - turn off the
fireplace and let it burn out. Then
contact your dealer.
Turn off the burner. If desired, the
burner can be turned on again
after the shaking is stopped.
Let some fresh air into the room
