KIOXIA SSD INSTALLATION
1. To minimize static electricity, touch a metal surface before handling the SSD.
2. Before using accessories like a heatsink, be careful not to remove the labels
on the SSD and/or make them illegible.
3. Turn off the PC power and remove all the cables.
4. Remove the PC cover.
5. Remove the battery in case of a laptop.
6. This NVMe SSD requires a motherboard to support the M.2 2280
specification. Check your motherboard manual for M.2 size support. Please
consult your motherboard/laptop manual for installation instructions for
your particular host platform.
After removing the screw for fixing the NVMe SSD to the motherboard,
insert the SSD into the M.2 slot and then reattach the screw to fix the SSD.
Do not overtighten it, otherwise the motherboard may be damaged.
7. Install the PC cover, or battery in case of a laptop, and reconnect all the
cables in the original way.
