Contact REMA Holland b.v. for repairs and malfunctions and use original REMA parts.
Repairs
The pallet truck must not be modified. Repairs must be carried out by specialists. Damaged parts must only be replaced with original REMA
parts. Order them through your dealer.

Cause
Not enough oil
Not enough oil.
The oil has impurities.
Discharge valve is out of adjustment.
Air in the hydraulic oil.
The lifting cylinder (414, p22) is bent due to
overloading.
Broken parts due to overloading.
The setting screw is not in the correct position.
Seals worn out or damaged.
Some parts may be cracked or worn out.
Impurities in the oil cause the discharge valve to fail to
close.
Air in the oil.
Seals worn or damaged.
Discharge valve is out of adjustment.
Action
Add more oil
Pour in more oil.
Change the oil.
Adjust the setting screw.
Expel the air.
Replace the lifting cylinder.
Repair or replace component.
Check the whole pallet truck, replace
if necessary.
Replace seals with new ones.
Check and replace with new ones.
Replace with new oil.
Expel the air.
Replace with new ones.
Adjust the setting screw.
