IDENTIFYING AND SOLVING PROBLEMS
The table includes some of the most common problems, their causes and remedies.
PROBLEM
The saw blade breaks.
The saw blade comes
out of the rollers.

CAUSE
A. Too much tension on the
blade.

SOLUTION
A. Reduce the blade tension.

the workpiece.
C. Adjust the knife guides and back
pressure bearings.
A. Increase the blade tension.
