Lower splitting knife position about 10 cm above
table.
• Move splitting knife to the desired position
• Release one operating arm
• Switch motor off
• Release the second operating arm
• Release the locking screw
• Push the stroke set rod to the top until it is stopped
by the spring
• Retighten the locking screw
• Switch motor on
• Check upper position
Splitting cross, Fig. 7.4
With the help of the splitting wedge can be created in
a single operation four logs.
Warning! When using the splitting wedge, wooden
parts can be thrown towards the operator.
For assembly, push the splitting wedge on the riving
knife. Tighten screw A with 40 Nm and turn the screw
B until it rests against the splitting wedge. Secure the
screws with two nuts.
Hang the Splitting cross never touch the product, but
store it in a safe place when not in use.

Upper table position for logs up to 56 cm,
centre table position for logs up to 81 cm,
lower table position for logs up to 103 cm.
Note: When using the splitting cross, the clear-
ance is reduced by 2 cm.
• Release the locking hooks 10.
• Pull the table out.
• Fit the table in a position near the log length.
• Secure the table with the locking hooks.
Functional test
Test the function before every use.
Action:
Push both handles towards below.
Let one handle loose, then the
other.
Let both handles loose.
Result:
Splitting knife goes
down to approx. 10 cm
above the table.
Splitting knife stops in
the desired position.

• Portare il cuneo nella posizione desiderata
• Lasciar andare un braccio di manovra
• Spegnere il motore
• Lasciar andare il secondo braccio di manovra
• Allentare la vite d'arresto
• Portare verso l'alto l'asta di regolazione della cor-
sa, fino allo scatto della molla
• Serrare nuovamente la vite d'arresto.
• Accendere il motore
• Verificare la posizione superiore.

Con l'aiuto del cuneo scissione può essere creato in
una singola operazione quattro registri.
Attenzione! Quando si utilizza il cuneo scissione ,
parti in legno possono essere gettati verso l'operatore
.
Per il montaggio, spingere il cuneo scissione sul cu-
neo. Serrare la vite A con 40 Nm e ruotare la vite B un
fino ad appoggiarlo contro il cuneo splitting. Fissare
le viti con due dadi.
Appendere la croce Splitting Non toccare il prodotto,
ma conservarlo in un luogo sicuro quando non in uso.

Piano in posizione media per ceppi fino a 81 cm,
Piano in posizione inferiore per ceppi fino a 103 cm,
Nota: utilizzando il cuneo a croce, si riduce la distan-
za a ca. 2 cm
• Allentare i ganci d'arresto 10.
• Estrarre il piano .
• Sistemare il piano in posizione adatta alla lunghez-
za del ceppo.
• Fissare con i ganci d'arresto.
Verifica funzionale
Prima di ogni utilizzo, bisogna eseguire una prova
funzionale.
