Aquanique grants a 2 y ear guarantee f rom the date of sale on prov en material and manuf acturing f aults. Wear parts
such as bulbs etc. are exempted f rom the guarantee. Prerequisite f or our guarantee is the presentation of the purchase
receipt. Our guarantee will become null and v oid if the unit is misused, electrically or mechanically damaged by inap-
propriate use and improper repair by non-authorised workshops. Repairs are reserv ed f or workshops authorised by
Aquanique or by Aquanique itself . In the case of warranty claims, please return the def ectiv e unit or part f reight paid to
Aquanique together with a description of the f ault and the purchase receipt. Aquanique reserv es the right to inv oice
repair costs. Aquanique is not liable f or transport damage. Any damage must be claimed against the carrier. Further
claims of whatev er ty pe, especially consequential damage, are excluded. This guarantee does not af f ect the f inal cus-
tomer's claims against the dealer.
