TROUBLE SHO OTING
Problem Possible reason
The product is not turned on
The product is not starting
The power cord is not properly connected
Electrical outlet is not working
The display does not work The product has not been activated
Low air flow
Fan is blocked
HEPA filter is full
The product starts but produces little
The ozone lamp needs to be replaced
or no ozone
The ozone lamp is not properly attached
Delay function is active
The product starts but no UV light is visible UV lamps are consumed
The treatment starts automatically after
Treatment does not start
a few seconds

Solution
Turn on the product by pushing menu
button or on remote
Check to see that the power cord is
properly connected
Try another electrical outlet
Push menu button to start the product
Check to see if the fan input or output
is blocked
Replace HEPA filter
Replace the ozone lamp
Check so that the ozone lamp is properly
attached
Wait for delay function to disable or
remove by push and hold Timer button
(delay symbol disappears)
Replace UV lamps
When treatment is running the menu
button is encircled by a blue light
