Verlegen des Kapillarrohrs:
Jedem Gerät sind für die Montage am
Lufterhitzer 5 Stück Kapillarrohrhalter
beigefügt. Das Kapillarrohr wird vor-
zugsweise mäanderförmig über den
gesamten Querschnitt des Lufterhitzers
verlegt, wobei zu beachten ist, dass das
Kapillarrohr auch den Bereich des
Rücklaufanschlusses überdeckt. Wer-
den weitere Halter benötigt, sind diese
unter der Type H3 zu bestellen.
Routing the capillary tube:
5 capillary tubes for mounting the
capillary to the air-heater are enclosed
with each unit. Preferably the capillary
tube is run meanderingly over the entire
cross section of the air-heater. Note that
the capillary tube should also cover the
area of the return connection. lf further
holders are required, please order these
under Type H3 (contains 5 holders.)

Fühlersystem:
Die Typen FTS015 und FTSB015 erfas-
sen die Temperatur über die ganze
Länge des Kapillarrohrs und dienen
damit zur vollflächigen Überwachung
des gesamten Lufterhitzers. Die Frost-
schutzsteuerung reagiert auf Unterküh-
lung des Kapillarrohrs an beliebiger
Stelle.
Beim Verlegen des Temperaturfühlers
ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass
das Kapillarrohr nicht beschädigt und
niemals
abgeknickt
wird.

Da das Kapillar in seiner ganzen Länge
als sensitives Element wirkt, ist es für die
sichere Regelfunktion des stetigen Aus-
ganges (0-10V) erforderlich, die gesam-
te Kapillarlänge im Kanal zu verlegen.
Damit ist auch ein sicheres Abschalten
zum voreingestellten Frostschutz Schalt-
punkt (ca. 4 °C) gewährleistet.
Die Umgebungstemperatur am Schalt-
gerät
darf
den
Arbeitsbereich
FTS015 oder FTSB015 nicht unterschrei-
ten. Das gilt auch für Teile, die montage-
bedingt außerhalb des Lufterhitzers ver-
legt sind. (Vorsicht beim Verlegen des
Kapillarrohrs in kalten Räumen und im
Freien)!
Bei Bruch oder Beschädigung der Kapil-
lare schaltet der Begrenzerkontakt nach
der sicheren Seite ab.
Sensor system:
The types FTS- and FTSB015 sense the
temperature over the entire lengths of
the capillary tube and thus serve for
two-dimensional monitoring of the air
warmer. The frost-protection reacts to
under-cooling of the capillary tube at
any place.
When the capillary tube is routed, it is
essential that the capillary tube is not
damaged and never kinked. Minimum
radius > 25 mm.
