FAULT HANDLING

Condition
Machine can't turn on
The fan doesn't work
Performance is poor
or not best purification
ability
The machine beeps
Air quality indicator is
always red
If you can't solve the problems based on the above information you should contact the pro-
duct agent immediately, do not disassemble, repair and install it by yourself.
WIFI CONNECTION GUIDE
Please keep pressing on the „Fan Speed Adjust" button for 5 seconds after you start the ma-
chine, along with the light flashing, the machine will enter into the configuration state.
1. Scan the QR code specified above, download and install the Tesla Smart APP.
2. Open the Tesla Smart APP and choose to create a new account or log in
directly.
3. Click the"+" sign in the upper right corner to add the device.
4. Select „small home appliance- air purifier"; Turn on the air purifier, and press
„MODE" to enter the distribution network mode within five seconds, see the
WIFI indicator on.
5. Enter the WIFI password and click ok.
6. Click „Fast flashing";
Note: please ensure that the mobile phone and air purifier are in the same
WIFI environment;
7. Wait for device connection to complete.
8. "Add device success" appears to indicate that the device connection was suc-
cessful.
9. Click finish to enter the control interface to control the machine.
Possible reasons
Machine plug and power plug
are not inserted into the power
source.
Machine inlet or outlet was
blocked. Plastic packaging are
not removed.
The gap round the machine
is not proper.Filters are not
replaced.
Filters are not replaced.
There is a source of pollution
near the machine, such as
someone smoking.

Solutions
Insert into the power source.
Remove other objects or con-
tact with our customer center.
Remove plastic packaging of
each filte

place one set of new filter.

After the machine has been run-
ning for a period of time, the air
quality indicator will turn blue
or green when the air quality is
getting better.
