LED COLOR TV
CONDENSATION
Moisture will form in the operating section of the unit if the unit is brought from cool surroundings
into a warm room or if the temperature of the room rises suddenly. When this happens, unit's
performance will be impaired. To prevent this, let the unit stand in its new surroundings for
about an hour before switching it on, or make sure that the room temperature rises gradually.
Condensation may also form during the summer if the unit is exposed to the breeze from an air
conditioner. In such cases, change the location of the unit.
Television Antenna Connection Protection
If an outside antenna or cable system is connected to the TV, be sure the antenna or cable
system is grounded to provide some protection against voltage surges and built-up static charges.
Section 810 of the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA NO.70, provides information with
respect to proper grounding of the mast and supporting structure, grounding of the lead -in wire
to an antenna discharge unit, size of grounding conductors, location of antenna discharge unit,
connection to grounding electrodes, and requirements for the grounding electrodes. (See figure
A)
NOTICE FOR TV CABINET
If the unit is placed on a cabinet smaller than the length of the unit, it could result in instability and
the unit may tumble over, making a risk of personal, possibly fatal injury. Also this would seriously
damage the product. Accordingly, Onn accepts no responsibility or liability for any injuries or
property damage resulting from the improper installation.
