1. Verwendungsbereich und Kennwerte
Die Zugkugelkupplungen 110 vom Typ 110-665000
sind für die Verwendung hinter land-
forstwirtschaftlichen Zugmaschinen
und für folgende Kennwerte genehmigt:

Die Zugkugelkupplung
bauartgenehmigten und zum Anbau geeigneten
Anhängekupplungen, welche zur Aufnahme von
Zugkugelkupplungen 110 geeignet sind und die
vorgeschriebenen axialen (±20°), vertikalen (±20°)
und horizontalen (±60°)
gekuppelten Zustand gewährleisten, gekuppelt
werden.
Die Zugkugelkupplung 110 wird in folgenden
Ausführungen gefertigt.

Die Ausführungen unterscheiden sich hinsichtlich
der integrierten Messtechnik bei der Ausführung
EAMS.
2. Montage
Die Zugkugelkupplungen 110 können entweder
direkt am Rahmen oder an der Zugeinrichtung des
Anhängers montiert werden. Hierzu müssen die
Teile des Rahmens bzw. der Zugeinrichtung und
deren Schweißnahtanschlüsse zur Übertragung der
für die Zugkugelkupplung zugelassenen Kennwerte
ausreichend dimensioniert sein.
Die Anschlussfläche muss plan bearbeitet und eine
Zentrierbohrung Ø80 H7 mit einer Mindesttiefe von
34,2 mm vorhanden sein, siehe Anlage 2.
Bei der Montage müssen die Anlageflächen der zu
montierenden Teile sauber sowie lack- und fettfrei
sein.

1. Field of application and characteristic values
Coupling heads 110 of type 110-665000 are
designed for the use on agricultural and forestry
tractors and approved for following characteristic
values:

Coupling heads 110 may only be used in conjunction
with the type approved and for mounting suitable
draw bars, that are used for ball couplings 110 and
that fulfill the required parameters and allow the
required axial (±20°), vertical (±20°) and horizontal
(±60°) pivoting angles in the coupled state.
The coupling head 110 is made in the following
versions.
The versions differ in terms of the integrated
measuring technology of version EAMS.
2. Installation
The ball coupling device 110 can be mounted either
directly on the frame of the vehicle or on to the draw
bar of the trailer. For this, the relevant parts of the
frame or the coupling device and its welded
components, must have the approved dimensions,
for transmitting the characteristic values for the ball
coupling.
The connection surface must be machined flat and
a centering hole Ø80 H7 with a minimum depth of
34.2 mm must be available, see appendix 2.
When mounted, the surfaces of the connected
components must be clean, free of paint and grease
or other residual material.
