■ Position the scale washer [12-1].
■ Screw the spindle [12-2] in using the SATA universal spanner.
■ Position the control knob with index ring [12-3].
■ Screw the countersunk screw [12-4] by hand and secure with Loctite 242.
10.5. Replace the spindles of the round fan con-
trol
Note!
The round fan control (R) is fixed to the ideal value with a lock washer
cannot be adjusted. However, the components can be replaced during
maintenance.
Dismantle spindle
■ Unscrew the countersunk screw [13-4].
■ Remove the control knob [13-3].
■ Unscrew the spindle [13-2] using the SATA universal spanner.
■ Remove the lock washer [13-1].
Mount new spindle
■ Position the lock washer [13-1].
■ Screw the spindle [13-2] in using the SATA universal spanner.
■ Position the control knob [13-3].
■ Screw the countersunk screw [13-4] by hand and secure with Loctite 242.
10.6. Replace the scale on the gun body
Remove the scale
■ Unscrew the screw [14-4].
■ Remove the flat washer [14-3].
■ Remove the scale [14-2].
■ Remove the spacer [14-1].
Mount new scale
■ Position the spacer [14-1].
■ Position the scale [14-2] with the marks to the outside.
■ Position the flat washer [14-3].
■ Screw in the screw [14-4] by hand.
