1.- After correctly installing the device, plug it into to the power point and press the On/Off
switch.
2.- The light of the lamps will attract the insects which will be electrocuted on the electrified
netting, and some of them will fall into the tray. Make sure you take off and clean the tray
periodically.
1.- Always turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning.
2.- Never use any chemical or abrasive products. Do not use a brush or any other type of
utensils which could damage the different parts and surface of the slicer.
3.- Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the machine and then dry it. Make sure to clean
the machine completely every day.
4.- ATTENTION: Do not put the machine directly into any container with water in it.
This machine is not waterproof.
5.- For any maintenance or repair job, make sure you disconnect the device. If you need to
change some of the lamps, you gain access to them by loosening the rear grille. Turn the
lamp by 90º and take it out by pulling it upwards. Replace the lamp.
6.- Make sure it is properly repaired before you put the device back into its location.
