Zum nachträglichen Einbau von Fahrzeugen ohne Kulissen mechanik auf Kulissenmechanik
K für echten Kurzkupplungs betrieb. Im Lieferumfang enthalten: 2 Kulissenmechaniken
und 2 PROFI-Kupplungsköpfe 6570 (höhenverstellbar)
Vorbemerkung: Wer den Kurzkupplungs-Nachrüstsatz ein bauen möchte, sollte über
ein wenig handwerkliches Geschick verfügen. Grundsätzlich sollte man anhande des
benötigten Ein bauraumes prüfen, ob sich der Nachrüstsatz überhaupt ein bauen
lässt. Weder die Funktion von Achsen und Drehgestellen noch die des eingebauten
Nachrüstsatzes darf behindert werden.

des mécanismes, et que le mouvement des essiuex et des bogies ne soit pas entravé
et reste parfait après l'adaption.

Installation: For installation you require spacing gauge 6578 and the setting gauge

Vorhandene Kupplung zusammen mit der Kupplungsbefesti gung (Kupplungskammer
oder ähnliches) entfernen.
Abstandslehre auf Kulissenmechanik aufstecken und entsprechend Abbildung an die
Puffer- bzw. den Faltenbalg oder Gummiwulst anlegen.
Remove the existing coupling together with the coupling mount ing (coupling socket
or similar).
Mount the spacing gauge on the gateshift and, as per the diagram, place against
the buffer or the concertina walls or the pneumatically sprung rubber connection.
Enlever l'attelage existant avec son système de support (boîtier ou équivalent).
Placer le calibre de positionnement sur le mécanisme et présenter l'ensemble, confor-
mément à la figure, contre les butoirs, les souf lets de passage ou les bourrelets en
caoutchouc selon les cas.

le fond du châssis.
Einbauhöhe a der Kulissenmechanik entsprechend Abbildung überprüfen. Dazu den
PROFI-Kupplungskopf 6570 auf die Kulissenmechanik aufstecken und Kupplungshöhe
mit der Einstell-Lehr 6579 grob überprüfen (Fehleinstellung wird später vorgenom-
men).
Check the installation height a of the gateshift as per the diagram. To do this attach
the PROFI coupling head 6570 to the gateshift and roughly check the height of the
clutch using setting gauge 6579 (fine setting is effected later on).
Vérifiez la hauteur a du mécanisme d'après la figure. Pour ce faire, monter la tête
d'attelage PROFI 6570 sur le mécanisme, et ajuster approximativement la hauteur de
l'attelage au moyen du calibre 6579 (le réglage fin se faisant par après).
